An impressive noodle dish, with a rich cream and fun, crunchy noodles


Chop tomatoes, bell pepper, and chives and mix with the rest of the Dressing ingredients.

Dehydrate on a Teflex sheet at 108 degrees Fahrenheit (42 degrees Celsius), for 2-3 hours.

In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend the dehydrated Dressing ingredients.

Fresh Vegetables

Chop parsley and chives and add to the Dressing.


Using a spiralizer triangle blade, spiralizer zucchini, and then cut into smaller pieces, creating large farfalle. Mix with the rest of the Farfalle ingredients.

Add the Dressing (and the Fresh Vegetables).


2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chives
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon paprika
sprinkle of chili flakes


2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon chives


1 zucchini
1 cup rocket leaves
the juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons cold-pressed olive oil

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Waiting time: 2-3 hours

My Review:
Wow what a book. This is a cook book and it is vegan. There are lots of wonderful sounding recipes in this book. I found 2 recipes I will be trying as soon as I go grocery shopping and 1 recipe I did try and will be making again. I absolutely loved the Crispy Cauliflower Snow. Not only was it easy to make it was pretty, and tasted amazing. I will be making the Fresh Tomato Spaghetti and the Pasta Parmesan very soon.

There are meat tasting recipes with no meat at all like meatballs and a sausage recipe. There are pictures with every recipe by the time you finish flipping through the book your mouth will be watering.

The book goes with the Raw Vegan Diet. The book gives you some tips and hints and helps explain the diet. I personally am not on this diet but I do love to cook and am willing to try just about anything.
