Kuuk Professional 48 Blade Meat Tenderizer

I used this on steaks for our dinner an it really does make a difference. The meat was very tender, and cooked a lot faster, and was very juicy. This would be great on cheap cuts of meat. I put some seasoning on the meat before using this and it seemed to really get the flavor down into the meat without having to marinate for hours. I will be using this on pork loin cut into chops later this week. I am positive it will work great for that too. This is very easy to use, and if you are having a bad day it could help work some frustrations out. Just place on top of the meat and push down all over the meat. You can score the meat as much or as little as you want. Some meats will not take as much, others you will need to do it several times to get the tenderness you desire. It is a learning thing, one of our steaks I done more then the other on and with a good rib eye I probably shouldn't have done it as much a I did, it literally almost fell apart. Clean up was easy, I just used hot soapy water, but it is dishwasher safe.
